There is an integral fold out booster for added absorbency the legs and waist are gently elasticated for a snug, leakproof fit. Please note that it is not just a baby's weight that will determine the fit of a nappy or cover. The shape and measurement of a baby also needs to be taken into account when choosing the right size and therefore a baby may outgrow a size before they reach a stated weight, for example.
